Abstract
Asbtact] Objective:To observe the effect of rosuvastatin on cardiac function of elderly patients with heart failure.Method:80 elderly patients (age>60)with heart failure were randomly assigned to regular treatment group(40)and rosuvastatin treatment group(40).All of them were given either regular anti-heart failure treatment or rosuvastatin(5 mg qn)additionally.Cardiac function,echocardiography and concentration of CRP were detected before and after treatment.Result:After 6 months treatment,there was statistic difference in cardiac function improvement between two gruops(P<0.05). Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)rised more significantly in rosuvastatin treatment group than regular treatment group.The CRP level of both groups were descreased,the decline in rosuvastatin treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin can improve cardiac function of elderly patients with heart failure and decrease the plasma CRP level.关键词
