脂肪肝及正常肝内血管瘤的常规超声及超声造影表现研究
Characterization of Hemangiomas in Fatty Liver and Normal Liver with Conventional and Contrast-enhanced Ultrasonography
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the conventional ultrasound characteristics of the fatty hepatic hemangioma,quantitatively analyze the ultrasound contrast blood perfusion characteristics of fatty liver and hemangioma.Method: To comparatively analyze the conventional ultrasound characteristics of fatty hepatic hemangioma and normal hepatic hemangioma. Analyze the contrast parameters of the two hepatic background and hemangioma.Result: Compared with the normal liver,amounts of hypoecho,ill-defined and posterior echo enhancement in fatty hepatic hemangioma were more,and the rate of correct diagnosis was lower for fatty hepatic hemangioma(P<0.05). Compared with normal hepatic background,arrival time of contrast agent in fatty hepatic background was later and the peak intensity was lower than normal liver(P<0.05).Time to peak of midfield and posterior field was later than normal liver(P<0.05).Conclusion: Fatty hepatic hemangioma has show unusual patterns in conventional ultrasound,it is difficult to diagnose. Fatty hepatic perfusion effect is lower than normal liver in contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.关键词
