异位妊娠患者尿β-hCG水平变化的观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the level changes of urine beta-hCG in ectopic pregnancies.Method:36 patients suffering ectopic pregnancy were asked to provide urine and blood specimen every 48 hours,beta-hCG were detected with golden standard method in the specimen.Ratio were taken between the adjacent data in urine and blood specimen,respectively.The differences of the ratio were compared between the urine and blood specimen. Result:There was not statistically significant for the ratio of beta-hCG levels between the urine and blood specimen.Conclusion:Urine could be used to evaluate the ectopic pregnancy through the detection of the beta-hCG levels,which would be helpful for eugenic and superior nurture.关键词
