广西地区乙肝病毒基因分型与临床表现及机体免疫功能关系的研究
Association between the HBV Genotypes and Clinical Manifestations of HBV Relative Liver Diseases and Immune Status

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the distribution and virologic features of HBV genotypes in GuangXi province and the association of the clinical manifestation.Method:Serum samples were collected from asymptomatic carrier(ASC),liver cirrhosis(LC),chronic hepatitis B(CHB), primary hepatic cell carcinoma(HCC)individuals. Liver function,biochemical markers and T-lymphcyte subpopulations were detected.Type-specific primers nested polymerase chain reaction was applied for HBV genotyping. The data was analyzed with SPSS 17.0.Result:Genotype C was found to be predominant(66.3%)among the studied samples,followed by genotype B(33.7%).HBeAg serum conversion rate of C genotype was significantly lower than that of B genotype,while the proportion of C genotype in HCC group exhibited significantly higher than that in ASC,CHB and LC groups.No significant difference was found in age,viral loads,ALT,AST and T cell subsets between B,C genotypes.Conclusion:There are B and C genotypes prevalent in GuangXi,with C being significantly dominant. Genotype C is associated with more severe liver diseases. The association between the virus genotype and the cellular immunity remain a field to be explored.关键词
