Abstract
Objective:To study clinical analysis of acupuncture at neiguan and zusanli gastrointestinal reaction induced by cisplatin. Method:We retrospectively analyzed 94 cases of malignant tumor patients in our hospital in January 2010 - January 2011,according to the patient’s compliance, including Neiguan and Zusanli care treatment for the study group in the joint application of acupuncture 53 cases,the rest of the control group of 41 cases,relatively Ⅲ + IV incidence of vomiting,antiemetic treatment,incidence of side effects,duration of hospitalization,the total cost of treatment and quality of life score(Kamofsky)were analyzed. Result:After treatment,grade Ⅲ + IV degree of vomiting incidence,incidence of side effects,duration of hospitalization,treatment of the research group of the total cost and quality of life scores were 7.5%(4/53),9.4%(5/53),(7.1 ± 2.3)d,(4400.2 ± 221.6)$(71.3 ± 2.4)points,the control group were 21.9%(9/41),29.3%(12/41),(10.5 ± 3.6)d(5612.4 ± 542.3)$,(60.5 ± 5.6),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture Neiguan and Zusanli can effectively inhibit the cisplatin-induced nausea and vomiting incidence,shorter hospital stays,reducing the total cost of treatment,access to higher quality of life score.关键词
