摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of nursing for the patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Method:50 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy in hospital were conducted with preoperative and postoperative nursing,good preoperative preparation,postoperative close observation of vital signs change and complications as well as the catheter,renal made fistula. Result:The clearance rate of renal caculus was 94% and there was no complication after review. Conclusion:Professional nursing can improve the success rate of operation,effectively prevent complications and improve their understanding of disease and self health care consciousness,making a patient to achieve the best rehabilitation. The nursing can im prove curative effect of surgery,decrease the incidence rate of postoperative complications and promote postoperative recovery.关键词
