摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of omeprazole,amoxicillin,clarithromycin in triple therapy for the patients with duodenal ulcer.Method:64 patients with duodenal ulcer in our hospital from September 2010 to February were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group(omeprazole group)and observation group(omeprazole,amoxicillin,clarithromycin in triple therapy group)with 32 cases in each group,then the total effective rate,disappeared time of abdominal pain,recurrence rate and serum GAS,SST,PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,disappeared time of abdominal pain was shorter than that of control group,recurrence rate was lower than that of control group,serum GAS,SST,PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ were all lower than those of control group(P<0.05),there were all significant differences.Conclusion:The clinical effect of omeprazole,amoxicillin, clarithromycin in triple therapy for the patients with duodenal ulcer is better.关键词
