摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of edaravone unites β-aescin in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method:74 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group is 37 cases,support adoption edaravone of therapy foundation in the normal regulations+β-aescin cure;the matched group is 37 cases,in addition to doing not use edaravone,other is the same treatment group.Result:The treatment group was efficient to 94.6%,which was more obviously higher than a matched group of 73.0%,two groups compared(P<0.05).In the process of using a medicine and reexamine a blood in urine normal regulations,the liver function and kidney function checked after the treatment,didn’t discover obviously and badly respond.Conclusion:The edaravone unites β-aescin to cure an acute cerebral to obstruct to have obvious treatment effect.关键词
