骨科创伤中持续封闭负压引流的临床疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study clinical effect of continuous closed negative pressure drainage in gynecologic trauma.Method:Random will our hospital during 2009 December to 2011 62 cases of Department of orthopedics trauma patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group;patients in the control group using conventional dressings in the treatment of patients in the treatment group,using the new VSD dressing in the treatment of.Result:The treatment group of 32 cases,22 cases were cured 10 cases(68.75%);31.25% the average rate,wound healing time was (16.89±9.57)d,the total effective rate was 100%;the control group 30 cases,12 cases were cured(40%);11 cases(37%)effective,7 cases(23%) is invalid,the average wound healing time was(22.13±15.32)d,the total efficiency of 77%,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Clinical for Department of orthopedics trauma patients using continuous closed negative pressure drainage is not only good for debridement, and wound repair also has an important role,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
