摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the beauty of abdominal incisions closure methods and the effects of value.Method:Choose 215 cases by the beauty seam maternity cases of legal as research group,and set from conventional closure methods of 215 patients controlled observation for data were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The observation group no one was infected opened,4 cases had slight line response,after TDP postoperative irradiation 3-5 d from the hospital.The control group in 1 fat liquefaction is heavy,so that the fever,wound rip;7 cases of the lighter fat liquefaction,11 cases of line response,postoperative 5-16 d wound take out stitches.Conclusion:Abdominal incision beauty suture than the traditional suture,simple operation,the less local reactions,class a healing rate is high,left little scar,accord with aesthetic requirements;Don’t need to take out stitches,can shorten the time in hospital beds quick,conform with the obstetrician to young women in the Lord,cause demand,popularization.关键词
