阴道清洁度与念珠菌阳性率的关系
Vaginal Cleanness and Monilial of Positive Relationship
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand the pathogenesis of Monilial and its relationship with vaginal cleanness. Method:The smear gram’s staining microscopy and direct wet piece smear examination of 1448 cases of vaginal secretions for Monilial and Vaginal Cleanness detection. Result:Candida total positive rate was 18.2%,vaginal cleanness Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ degree patients Monilial prevalence rate was 14.4%,much higher than vaginal cleanness I~ Ⅱ degrees person(3.8%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Monilial vaginitis and vaginal cleanness have close relations,lactic acid bacteria is maintain normal vaginal ecological environment within the key,when the vagina lactobacillus group of balance,increase reproductive Monilial and Monilial vagina inflammation chance to happen.关键词
