摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the variation and clinical significance of serum IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α of patients with chronic nephritis. Method:56 patients with chronic nephritis in our hospital from July 2010 to June 2012 were selected as observation group,and 42 personnel with health examination at the same time were selected as control group,then the serum IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-αof observation group with different severity and types and control group were detected and compared.Result:The serum IL-2 of observation group was lower than that of control group,serum IL-6 and TNF-αwere higher than those of control group,IL-2 of patients with severe and hypertensive type chronic nephritis were lower than those of other patients,serum IL-6 and TNF-αwere higher than those of other patients,all P<0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion:The detection of serum IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-αof patients with chronic nephritis is helpful to understand the severity and types of disease.关键词
