厄贝沙坦与依那普利治疗原发性高血压的疗效对比

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss effect of irbesartan and enalaprilat to hypertension curative and adverse reaction. Method:Randomized comparison Trial,80 patients with Essential hypertension were divided into two groups,each group contained 40 cases. The first group was the trial group that 40 EH patients took irbesartan 150 mg,once a day. The second group was the control group which the other 40 EH patients took enalaprila 20 mg, once a day. To study the efficacy and adverse reaction of irbesartan and enalapril when each group took the drugs for 4 and 8 weeks after treatment. Result:After 4 weeks treatment,the efficient of the two groups was 92.5%and 85%respectively,which the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but after 8 weeks of treatment,the difference was not statistically consciousness(P>0.05). Meanwhile,the difference of treatment group’s adverse reaction rate compared with control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with enalapril,irbesartan has a better effect. Patients have fewer side effects,mild symptoms,more tolerated,and can adhere to take medicine. Irbesartan is a kind of ideal worth in basic-level hospitals preferred antihypertensive medications.关键词
