摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the basis of conventional therapy addition of trimetazidine for the improvement of heart function in alcoholic cardiomyopathy and safety of the treatment group. Method:The control group was given enalapril,furosemide,torasemide,digoxin,and metoprolol drug treatment for 30 days according to the disease. In addition to the use of the medication,the treatment group received plus trimetazidine 20 mg,tid,for a total of 30 days. Result:6 min walk test and the improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Cardiac dysfunction treatment in alcoholic cardiomyopathy,trimetazidine is a safe and effective auxiliary drug.关键词
