Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the use of Chinese medicine treatment of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis. Method:March 2008 to March 2012 in the hospital,87 cases with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis were selected as clinical observation object. All patients in accordance with the admission were randomly divided into observation group(n=44)and control group(n=43). The observation group was treated by Chinese medicine treatment,and the control group was treated by western medicine. To compare the main outcome, clinical effects,and side effects of the two groups. Result:Treatment of observation group,The total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 88.64%and 13.6%,and that of the control group was 69.77%and 34.8%. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine in the treatment of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis has good efficacy and low recurrence rate,side effects,and shows a certain superiority.关键词
