摘要
Abstract
Objective:To assess the efficacy of the method in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures with bone graft and vertebral pedicle screw in fractured vertebra.Method:The clinical data of 43 cases with thoracolumbar fractures in treatment of pedicle screw internal fixation systems in author’s hospital from May 2008 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.20 patients in(vertebral disposal group)were treatment with bone graft and vertebral pedicle screw in fractured vertebra,23 patients in(vertebral untreated group)were treatment with posterolateral fusion without implants. Two groups of patients in different periods of vertebral compression rate and cobb angles were compared.Result:There was no statistical significance compared with preoperative vertebral compression rate and cobb angles between two groups(P>0.05).Immediately after operation and 15 months after operation,the vertebral compression rate and cobb angles of vertebral disposal group was lower than vertebral untreated group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures with bone graft and vertebral pedicle screw in fractured vertebra has a ideal clinical effect,it can achieved a satisfactory reduction,reconstructed vertebral body height and maintained for a long time.关键词
