摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of health education intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Method:A retrospective analysis about clinical data of 89 cases with gestational diabetes mellitus in hospital from 2009 to 2011 years were operated,taken a systematic health education intervention to patients,observed effect before and after the intervention.Result:After health education intervention,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the 89 cases with gestational diabetes mellitus were significantly decreased than those before intervention,health behavior improved significantly than those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking health education intervention to patients with gestational diabetes mellitus has important significance for controlling blood glucose,and promoting health behavior.关键词
