摘要
Abstract
The obesity has become one of the largest human public health challenge,obesity-related glomerulopathy incidence rate gradually raised,obesity patients exist leptin resistance,hyperleptinemia cause obesity-related glomerulopathy by promoting insulin resistance,increasing sympathetic nervous system excitement.Activating renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,inducing oxidative stress,promoting the renal fibrosis,and the mechanism is associated with the pathological changes of obesity-related glomerulopathy.This paper mainly expounds the research progress of correlation between leptin and obesity-related glomerulopathy pathogenesis and pathological changes.关键词
