摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare clinical effect of laparoscopic and open operation in treatment of cholecystolithiasis.Method:78 cases of patients with gallbladder stones were selected as the research object from June 2011 to June 2012,using laparoscopic and open operation method of patient treatment,the therapeutic effect was compared and analyzed. Result:Laparoscopy group 39 cases intraoperative bleeding,discharge time,ambulation, postoperative feeding time,hospitalization time between group comparison of laparoscopic group were superior to the open operation group,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of gallbladder stones in the process,the laparoscopic approach less trauma,quicker recovery,less complications,patients receiving high,clinical treatment of gallbladder stones is one of the better choices.关键词
