Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinic effecy of non- tension herniorrhaphy and traditional herniorrhaphy treatment of inguinal hernia curative. Method:Choose 80 patients in January 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,the rearch group 38 cases and control group 42 cases.The rearech group take non-tension herniorrhaphy and control group take raditional herniorrhaphy. Compared between the two groups of patients in hospital time,,operation time,charge of hospital,postoperative recovery time,complications and recurrence.Result:Compare operation time of two groups of patients ,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared hospital stay、hospital charges、postoperative recovery time of two groups of patients,difference significant,there is statistical significance(P<0.05). Compare complication rates、recurrence rate of two groups of patients,difference significant,there is statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-tension herniorrhaphy operation variable rapid, fewer complications,and the recurrence rate is low,the suitable in basic-level hospitals with promotion.关键词
