摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the levels of TGF-β1,TNF-αand its relationship with hepatitis B(HBV)infection. Method:Serum TGF-β1 and TNF-αlevels were detected by ELISA. The expression of HBsAg,HBcAg,TGF-β1 and TNF-αin liver were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Result:The levels of serum TGF-β1 and TNF-αwere significantly higher in the patients than those in control. The expression of TGF-β1 and TNF-αin liver were significantly higher in the patients with HBV infection than those in control too. Conclusion:The TGF-β1 and TNF-αlevels is closely related to HBV infection. So detection of serum TGF-β1 and TNF-αlevels might be of prognostic importance in patients with chronic hepatitis B as high levels of these cytokines might favor malignant changes.关键词
