摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the application of Invasive intracranial pressure monitoring in severe craniocerebral injury.Method:To collect clinical data of 22 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who were treated with operation,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 11 cases in each.The observation group was used intracranial pressure monitoring sensor technology in the operation process. The control group was used traditional methods to monitoring intracranial pressure changes,operation treatment,hospitalization time and complications were compared between two groups.Result:The effect score in treatment group after operation was(9±3)that was significantly higher than(7±2)in the control group,the hospitalization time was 14d that was significantly less than 19 d in the control group,the complications incidence rate was 27%that was significantly less than that 55%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Invasive intracranial pressure monitoring technology can improve the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury,decrease complications and reduce mortality.关键词
