Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage(PCD)in the treatment of various abdominal abscess.Method:117 cases of patients with abdominal abscess,ultrasound-guided PCD treatment to the abscess cavity,follow-up of curative effect after treatment was observed by ultrasonography.Result:117 cases of patients with ultrasound-guided PCD in the treatment of abdominal abscess, all cases could be performed successfully in the first time,and the first time success rate was 100%.117 patients who had been drained successfully within 72 hours of symptoms and signs had different degrees of relief,including 51 cases obviously alleviate within 24 hours,39 cases in 48 hours significant relief,the curative effect was very significant,all cases did not appear obvious complications after treatment of PCD.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided PCD in the treatment of abdominal abscess can quickly and effectively relieve severe symptoms and signs of patients,with less trauma,high accuracy and simple operation and other advantages,can be used as the preferred method of treatment of various abdominal abscess.关键词
