摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects of PICC catheter and peripheral venipuncture center vein catheter in the chemotherapy of breast cancer.Method:66 cases of breast cancer were divided into observation group(n=33,PICC group)and control group(n=33,forearm venous catheter group).Phlebitis,pain,complications,indwelling time and activity of daily living were observed and recorded.Result:The observation group, phlebitis occurred in 9%,pain rate was 6%,catheter complication rate was 9%,the retention time was 30 to 320 days and the activity of daily living was normal.These indexes were lower than The control group,there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Intravenous chemotherapy for breast cancer,the choice of PICC central venous catheter is better than forearm vein catheter,minimizing the suffering of patients,it is worthy of promotion.关键词
