中西医结合治疗血管神经性头痛的临床疗效及安全性观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value and safety of integrative therapy for angioneurotic headache.Method:86 cases of patients with angioneurotic headache were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group in our hospital,the control group was given conventional western medicine,the observation group were given the decoction of chinese medicine on the basis of the control group,to observe the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions. Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.7%,the total effective rate of the control group was 62.8%, there were significant differences in the two groups(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 23.3%,the incidence of adverse reactions of the control group was 25.6%,there were no significant differences in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Integrative therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of angioneurotic headache,no change in the incidence of adverse reactions,it has important clinical value.关键词
