摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into concentration changes and clinical significance of serum growth hormone releasing peptide and adiponectin for the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Method:Selected polycystic ovary syndrome patients in our hospital as study group.During the same period,the healthy examination people in our hospital as control group. The serum growth hormone releasing peptide was detected with human growth hormone releasing peptide ELISA kit. The serum adiponectin was detected with human adiponectin ELISA kit. The clinical test results of patients in two groups were compared and analysis.Result:Compared with control group,patients in study group the serum growth hormone releasing peptide levels and adiponectin concentrations were significantly lower,there were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum growth hormone releasing peptides and adiponectin can be the detection indicators for polycystic ovary syndrome. They have a positive and practical significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
