地佐辛超前镇痛对腹腔镜手术患者术中应激反应的影响
The Effect of Dezocine Preemptive Analgesia to Stress Response during Operation for Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Patients

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of dezocine to stress response during operation for laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients. Method:To select 40 laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients,ASA classification Ⅰ-Ⅱ,who were randomly divided into 2 groups,Ⅰgroup with propofol and remifentanil vein complex anesthesia,Ⅱgroup on the basis of Ⅰgroup,patients were injected dezocine 0.1 mg/kg after operation 10 min. To observe the two groups’haemodynamic changes and extubation time during operation,and measure changes of the plasma Cor and plasma glucose after patients entering operation room,intubation,cutting the skin 10 minutes and extubation. Result:The MAP,HR during operation of Ⅱgroups was lower than that ofⅠgroup(P<0.05),cortisol measurement during operation ofⅠgroup was higher than that ofⅡgroup(P<0.05). Blood sugar ofⅠgroup after operation was higher than that ofⅡgroup(P<0.01). Conclusion:Dezocine preemptive analgesia can reduce stress response during operation.关键词
