50例全髋关节置换术后CPM疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of continuous passive motion(CPM)in the treatment of rehabilitation of hip joints replacement.Method:All 103 patients with hip fracture were divided randomly into a control group(n=53)and an experimental group(n=50).Both groups received conventional physical therapy. Meanwhile the experimental group received CPM.All the subjects were assessed at 1 d,7 d,14 d and 60 d. The parameters included pain,incision healing,forward flexion,abduction,inward rotation and outward rotation direction.Result:The pain,incision healing,forward flexion,abduction,inward rotation and outward rotation direction of the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:CPM with conventional physical therapy is a good way for the treatment of rehabilitation of hip joints replacement.关键词
