摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic treatment and laparotomy for extensive hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy in early cervical cancer.Method:36 patients with early cervical cancer,grouped according to the different surgical methods,16 cases underwent laparotomy treatment,20 patients underwent laparoscopic treatment.surgery and overall assessment scale score after 1-year were observed.Result:About operative time,amount of bleeding,lymph node removal number,the exhaust time after surgery,the complication rate and overall assessment scale score in the two groups,there were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:About extensive hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy in treatment of early cervical cancer,Laparoscopic treatment is superior to laparotomy for extensive hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy in early cervical cancer.关键词
