摘要
Abstract
Objective:To approach curative effect of large area pulmonary embolism by urokinase combined with sequential anti-coagulation treatment. Method:To analyze 60 cases clnical data of large area pulmonary embolism by urokinase combined with sequential anti-coagulation treatment in our hospital,which was to be divided into control group(conventional treatment group)30 cases and detection group(Urokinase combined with sequential anti-coagulation therapy group)30 cases. Result:The Respiratory rate,heart rate,PaO2,PaCO2 of detection group were better than control group,P<0.05,the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion:The clinlcal symptom of large area pulmonary embolism by urokinase combined with sequential anti-coagulation treatment were obviously,result was good,which was to be used.关键词
