姜黄素对人宫颈癌细胞株Hela细胞增殖的作用的研究以及p53表达的影响

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of cuicumin on proliferation of human cervical cancer Hela cells and expression of p53 protein. Method:In this paper,Hela cells were treated with curcumin at various concentrations for various hours,Then determined for proliferation activity by MTT method,for transcription levels ofβ-catenin and p53 mRNAs by RT-PCR,and for expressions ofβ-catenin and p53 protein by Western blot. Result:Curcumin showed dose-and time-dependent inhibitory effect on the proliferation of Hela cells.Meanwhile,curcumin increased the mRNA transcription and protein expression levels ofβ-catenin and p53.Conclusion:Curcumin inhibited the proliferation of Hela cells by a possible mechanism of increased the express of p53.关键词
