摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the primary hospital of blunt abdominal injury merger diagnosis and treatment of intestinal rupture.Method:Analyzed in our hospital from January 2008 to August 2012 were treated closed abdominal injuries associated with rupture of small intestine clinical data of 40 cases.Result:40 cases in this group of patients are surgery,of which 36 cases were cured,2 deaths,2 cases were transferred to a higher level hospital follow-up cure.Conclusion:Close observation of abdominal pain changes,early diagnosis and timely surgery is to reduce the complications and the key to successful treatment.关键词
