摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application colposcopy in screening cervical precancerous lesions. Method:Selected 60 cases hospitalized patients in the department of gynecology of our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012;all those patients have been performed vaginoscopy;In the process of vaginoscopy all suspicious areas should be biopsy sampling in multi-points;Pathology as the gold standard contrasted with the outcome of colposcopy. Result:There were 10 cases of cervix inflammation in all of 60 cases,43 cases of intraepithelial lesions(including 29 casesCINⅠ,12 cases of CINⅡ,2 cases of CINⅢ),7 cases of cervical cancer. The sensitivity and specificity of vaginoscopy is 72.09%and 91.2%. Conclusion:Colposcopy is a secure and valuable method for preclinical diagnosis for cervical precancerous lesions.关键词
