住院糖尿病患者心理干预联合胰岛素泵强化治疗的效果及费用的研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness and costs of metal intervention combined with insulin pump intensive treatment for diabetes inpatients,and aim to provide the basis for the appropriate clinical treatments. Method:A total of 100 diabetes inpatients enrolled were divided randomly into group A,group B and control group. Patients in group A and group B were determined the classification of affective disorder by Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS). Among them patients in group A received appropriate measures to mental intervention, even administered psychological medication if necessary,at the same time,were continuously subcutaneously infused insulin analogues by insulin pump. Group B was only continuously subcutaneously infused insulin analogues by insulin pump. In control group,patients were injected insulin analogues multiply one day. All patients accepted comprehensive treatment. Result:The time required to achieve good control of blood glucose,total hospital stays, hospitalization cost in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05). Group B ,however,was lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Metal intervention combined with insulin pump intensive treatment is a safe,effective,economic therapy which control blood glucose more faster and effective,reduce the length of hospital stay and hospitalization fee.关键词
