联合检测胸水INF-γ、ADA、CEA、CA125在良恶性胸腔积液鉴别诊断中的价值

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the INF-γ、ADA、CEA、CA125 indicators of significance and diagnostic value for differentiating benign and malignant pleural effusion.Method:Collected 136 cases of patients with pleural effusion treated in our hospital,and divided into malignant group (n=75)and benign group(n=61).Compared results of INF-γ,ADA,CEA CA125 between two groups.Result:Malignancy tumor markers CEA and CA125 level of malignant group were significantly higher than those in benign group,while INF-γ,ADA expression level were significantly lower than that in benign group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Joint detection can significantly improved the diagnostic sensitivity(93.3%). Conclusion:The joint detection of INF-γ,ADA,CEA,CA125 have important diagnostic significance and clinical value in differentiating benign and malignant pleural effusion.关键词
