右美托咪啶在重症监护病房中的应用

Abstract
Objective:To compare dexmedetomidine’s and midazolam’s sedation and analgesia effects on patients who stayed in intensive care unit,and evaluate dexmedetomidine’s functions. Method:Chosed 50 cases who required sedation and analgesia,divide them into group A and group B according to their hospital admission times. Group A was dexmedetomidine group and group B was midazolam group. To analyze effects and side-effect of these two kinds of medicines. Result:Both group A and group were satisfied with these two medicines’sedation and analgesia effects. With regard to awake time,group A was better than group B,but in terms of the duration of ventilatory support and VAS marks,there was no difference between these two groups. With regard to frequency of hypopnea,hypotension,bradycardia,and anterograde amnesia,group A was better than group B(P<0.05). Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine has good sedation and analgesia effects on those patients who stayed in intensive care unit,the happening frequency of hypopnea,hypotension,bradycardia,and anterograde amnesia is lower. It is worthy of promotion in intensive care unit.关键词
