摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of neural endoscope minimally invasive operation in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method:From January 2006 to December 2011 ,60 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients were divided into two groups,observation group(n=30) were treated with endoscopic minimally invasive operation,control group(n=30)were treated with pure intracranial hematoma aspiration. On two groups of sites of bleeding,bleeding volume and compare the efficacy,evaluation of its therapeutic effects. Result:After 3 months of treatment,research group of neural function defect score decreased significantly,very high.Conclusion:Endoscopic minimally invasive operation in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can avoid puncture too blind to lead to brain damage,and pure intracranial hematoma aspiration compared to treatment effect is more obvious.关键词
