Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of low dose sufentanil combined with propofol on anesthesia for induced abortion. Method:According to the order of admission,130 ASAⅠ-Ⅱpatients of voluntary row painless,were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(n=65).The observation group was given first 0.1μg/kg sufentanil 1-1.5 mg/kg crowd anesthetic propofol given after 2 min,control group treated with propofol 2 mg/kg crowd anesthesia.Record changes in MAP,HR,SpO2,the total dose of propofol,recovery of consciousness and orientation recovery time,intraoperative respiratory depression and postoperative contractions pain incidence.Result:Compared with before surgery,MAP was no significant change in the surgery of the observation group,HR and SpO2 were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), while the control group,MAP,HR and SpO2 decreased slightly,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The observation group of the total amount of propofol,the recovery of consciousness,orientation recovery time and uterine contraction pain were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small doses of sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia is better applied to painless onset is rapid,safe and stable,and less adverse reactions,suitable for use in abortion promotion.关键词
