摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of different uterine contraction drug combination in preventing postpartum hemorrhage due to placenta previa.Method:From 2007 February to 2012 February in our hospital of placenta previa termination of pregnancy in 930 columns,in accordance with the oxytocin drugs of different were randomly divided into A,B,C three group of each 310 column,310 column in which A group patients take oxytocin combined with Herba Leonuri combined therapy,group B take shrinkage palace combined with hemabate combination therapy,group C taken in oxytocin,hemabate,motherwort three drugs combined therapy.By comparing the bleeding after operation analyzing the effect of therapy.Result:The amount of bleeding in the A group patients in the operation process was significantly less than the other two groups.As to the central placenta previa operation type,the bleeding in A group was obviously less than that of group C(P<0.05),which had obvious statistical significance difference. The bleeding between the B groups and C groups were no statistically significant difference. Conclusion:The treatment of combining different oxytocin drugs on preventing postpartum hemorrhage has certain effect.The therapy of combining oxytocin with Herba Leonuri had better effect,which can be widely popularized in clinical treatment.关键词
