摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effection of heat and moisture exchanger(HME)to air colony count of ICU ward with negative pressure as well as studying the interception effection of HME to infection diffusion of patients with artificial airway Hospital infection of the lower respiratory tract. Method:The interception effection of HME to bacteria diffusion of patients with artificial airway Hospital infection of the lower respiratory tract was studied by virtue of air colony count and comparison of the incidence of hospital infection before and after using HME at ICU with negative pressure. Result:There were significant difference between the comparision of air colony count and the comparison of the incidence of hospital infection before and after using HME at ICU.Conclusion:HME has obvious effection on both air colony count of ICU ward with negative pressure and the interception to infection diffusion of patients with artificial airway hospital infection of the lower respiratory tract so that HME play an importang significance in the prevention of hospital infection fulminant epidemic.关键词
