摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate applical methods and curative effects of sevoflurane composite red fentanyl used for laparoscopic cholecystectomy anesthesia.Method:60 patients who had elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were divided into sevoflurane group and control group two groups randomly(n=20 in each group).Sevoflurane group was applied sevoflurane to continuous suction during the whole course;control group was applied propofol to continuous pump into the vein during the whole course.The two groups all were applied red fentanyl to pump into the vein after anesthesia.The results of two groups were recorded before anesthesia,after anesthesia and postoperation,then the clinical treatment effect was analysed.Result:The anesthesia process of two groups was successful.The anesthetic effect was good and there was no obvious adverse reaction. The changes of Intraoperative and postoperative cardiovascular factors had no obvious difference(P>0.05).For revive time and tube drawing time, sevoflurane group was shorter than control group.For steward to score,sevoflurane group was higher than control group.Conclusion:The curative effects of sevoflurane composite red fentanyl used for laparoscopic cholecystectomy anesthesia is good.Intraoperative cardiovascular function is stable.Both revive time and tube drawing time are short.So sevoflurane composite red fentanyl used for laparoscopic cholecystectomy anesthesia is ideal combination.
