Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical observation of 100 cases with acute cardiovascular disease. Method:To collect adverse drug reactions of 100 cases with cardiovascular system. They were admitted to a hospital in January 2000 to December 2011,which includes 12 patients with acute heart failure patients,eight patients with acute myocardial infarction,70 cases with acute angina,10 cases with acute pulmonary embolism. Based on the patients’specific condition,it took targeted medical treatments. Result:After treatment,78 cases(78%)were markedly effective,16 cases(16%) effective,6 cases(6%)with no effect,and total effective rate was 94%. Conclusion:To achieve a timely diagnosis of acute cardiovascular disease,must be effective the laboratory assistant examination,signs and ECG,to master the early symptoms of acute cardiovascular disease,the only way,to be able to reasonable selection of effective drugs,the development of effective treatment program,and achieved a satisfactory therapeutic effect.关键词
