摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect in patients with hypertension of chronic heart failure with bisoprolol treatment and its effect on left ventricular function. Method: 88 hypertension patients with chronic heart failure in 2011 January to 2012 May in our hospital were applied randomly divided into two groups, the study group and the control group with 44 cases in each. The control group were treated by anti hypertension and anti heart failure of conventional method, while the study group were treated with oral bisoprolol on the basis of conventional therapy, treatment.two groups of patients before and after the treatment of left ventricular remodeling index, left ventricular systolic and diastolic function and the clinical efficacy were compared.Result: After the treatment, the study group left ventricular remodeling index, left ventricular systolic and diastolic function were compared with those before the treatment results have significant difference (P<0.05 ), but the difference was more obvious than that of the control group (P<0.05), on the clinical efficacy of treatment effect and total effective rate were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of bisoprolol in patients with chronic heart failure hypertension intervention has significant effect.关键词
