摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the Clinical application of combination of laparoscopy and gastroscopy in the treatment of localized gastric stromal tumors.Method:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 25 patients diagnosed of localized gastric stromal tumor and operated with the combination of laparoscopy and gastroscopy from May 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital was conducted.Result:All the patients were operated successfully with the combination of laparoscopy and gastroscopy. The operation time was(90±30)min, intraoperative bleeding was(20±5)ml, postoperative hospital stay time was(6±2)d and no postoperative complications occurred.Conclusion:With the combination of laparoscopy and gastroscopy to treat patients with localized gastric stromal tumors has the advantage of minimal invasive, little blood loss, good surgical field exposure, quick intestinal function recovery, low incisional infection,short hospital stay time so that it is a good approach to treat such patients.关键词
