重症胸部闭合性损伤的诊治体会

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of chest trauma.Method:The causes of injury,types of injure and treatmentin 180 patients with chest trauma were analyzed retrospectively.Result:The rate of all patients diagnostic chest closed injury was 100%, Among them,151 cases were cured(84%)and 29 cases were dead(16%).Conclusion:The most severe chest blunt injury can be diagnosed and cured by non-surgical and closed thoracic drainage therapy;early exploratory thoracotomy prognosis is good,and effective treatment of combined injury multiple organ complications, can improve the survival rate.关键词
