摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of screen timely decompression craniectomy in treatment of severe head injury.Method: 23 cases of the screen timely decompressive craniectomy for severe traumatic brain injury were retrospectively analysed on my hospital in 2008 January -2012 year in December.Result:Among the 23 cases,the therapy result was considered good in 17 cases(73.91%),moderate disability in 3 cases(13.04%), severe disability in 2 cases(8.7%),vegetative state 1 cases(4.35%) and no deadth.Conclusion:According to the patient’s age,hematoma, intraoperative encephalocele degree,take timely decompression is a good method to treat severe craniocerebral injury.关键词
