摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the function of the peroperative cell immune function in the non-small lung cancer underwent Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS)and conventional thoracotomy.Method:From Jan 2010 to Dec 2012,60 patients with NSCLC were recuited and divided into two proups each content 30 patients:V group(VATS group)and T group(conventional surgery group). The operation duration,intraoperative blood loss and cell immune functions were analyzed. Result:(1)Compared with the T group,the tumor size,the duration of the operation time,the amount of bleeding blood transfusion and and hospitalization time were all less in the V group(all P<0.05);(2)There were no significant differences of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+between the two groups before the surgery(P<0.05);(3)The values of CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+in T group decreased significantly at one week after surgery compared with that before surgery(all P<0.05),and in V group only CD4+decreased significantly after surgery (P<0.05);(4)At one week after surgery,The values of CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+in T group were all significantly lower than those in V group. (all P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional surgery,VATS can lead to less trauma,less bleeding,less impact on the peroperative cell immune functions and more rapid recovery.关键词
