摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of colchicine combined with indomethacin suppository in the treatment of gouty arthritis. Method:48 patients with gouty arthritis in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2011 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 24 cases in each group,then the total effective rate after the treatment at first week and blood uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,pain and swelling score before and after the treatment of two groups were analyzed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group after the treatment at first week was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),blood uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,pain and swelling score were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of colchicine combined with indomethacin suppository in the treatment of gouty arthritis is better,and it can effectively control the symptoms,signs and blood detection indexes.关键词
