摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the comparison of laparoscopic surgery in the conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy with traditional open surgery.Method:According to admission order,110 patients with tubal pregnancy were were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=55).The control group was underwent traditional laparotomy conservative surgery.the observation group were given laparoscopic surgery.The difference in clinical parameters were compared between the two groups.Result:Observation group,blood loss,postoperative pain rate than the control group,anal exhaust time,shorter hospital stay in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)between the two groups;observation group again intrauterine.The pregnancy rate was higher,and once again the ectopic pregnancy rate is lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)between the two groups;surgical time,between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery is better than traditional open surgery in the conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy,can be the first choice as a tubal pregnancy and fertility requirements in patients with conservative surgery.关键词
