Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of evidence-based care in reducing PICC postoperative complications.Method:100 cases of PICC surgery were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 47 cases,and 53 cases in the observation group,making it comparable. The control group was treated with routine care,and the observation group was taken with evidence-based care. The incidence of postoperative complications for the two groups was taken for statistics. Result:There were 11.32%in the observation group with PICC postoperative complications, significantly lower than the control group of the proportion of 40.43%,there were obvious differences between the two groups,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based care model can effectively reduce the probability of the occurrence of the PICC postoperative complications.关键词
